From humble beginnings in a backyard garage Woody's Hot Rodz was founded with the dream of becoming one of the nation premier builders of classic hot rods. Fast forward 9 years and it is obvious that our dream is coming to fruition.

Woody's specializes in creating one-of-a-kind turnkey hot rods and muscle cars. Our understanding of state-of-the-art performance technology and our love of old school aesthetics blend together to create classic looking cars that can perform head-to-head with modern sports cars. We pride ourselves in building vehicles that are meant to be driven; after all the Woody's motto is "Why stare at it? When you can stand on it!"

Christopher Sondles, the founder of Woody's Hot Rodz, has had a life-long passion with classic and performance cars. At a young age Christopher got his first taste of hot rods as he observed his father Fred restore a 1957 Chevy; the same car he has today, and ever since, he has been heavily involved in the industry. Woody's is considered by many to be one of the best kept secrets in the hot rod world, but we continue to gain greater recognition with each passing project. We are very proud to have built the 2009 and 2011 Street Rodder Tour Cars, which have been true testaments to the reliability of our vehicles. Jerry Dixey drove both our 1952 Chevy and 1955 Chevy Morrison chassis cars over 25,000 miles in only 4 months!  Woody's has been featured on the cover of 8 different automotive publications, has been featured in articles in the Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune and on Jim Cramer's financial web-site "TheStreet.com".

In 2011 Woody's introduced to the world all NEW Tri-5 Chevys.  Woody's also introduced 2 new frames for Tri-5 Chevys in 2011, a Gasser chassis and an A-Arm Cruiser chassis.  Along with selling the popular Art Morrison Chassis Woody's has become the place to buy Tri-5 bodies and chassis packages.  2011 also brought an all new retail website www.newclassicchevy.com to reality.  Webmaster Karla Crise and Web Sales Manager Wade Crise are a big part of the future sales of parts via Woody's network of suppliers of the best Tri-5 Chevy parts.

Woody's builds dreams; from frame to paint we have the knowledge and experience to turn your dream car into a reality. Woody's Hot Rodz is centrally located in the heartland of our nation in Bright, Indiana, only minutes west of Cincinnati, Ohio.  Give us a call, we would love to make your dream a reality.
